Steps to complete when creating a new port

1. Create a new Freight Point

• Go to Linc Lookup Values and create a new Freight Point

1. Point Mappings

• Search for Point Mappings
• Choose a Freight Point (from Linc Lookup Values)
• The Mapping Type, Mapping Parent No. and Mapping Code is not used for Port Freight Points.
• Select the relevant Region Code and Country Code

1. Navigate to Linc Lookup Values
2. Filter the Linc Lookup Field name for Freight Point
3. After the table is filtered, select the “New” button
